Graeme Clo utte - CPA
Graeme has some 30 years of accounting, tax and business expertise. He spent six years with Big Six accounting firms Deloitte & Touche and then Price Waterhouse, and serviced clients in the retail, wholesale, manufacturing, high tech. and insurance sectors. He spent part of his career as the controller/CFO of various food companies, both mature businesses and start up operations. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in England in 1978 and as a CPA in California in 1981. After building a CPA practice in the Monterey area, he moved to Colorado Springs in 1998 and purchased much of the long established practice of Melton & Associates, PC. He specializes in helping small businesses with their accounting and tax planning.

Ryan Mielke - CPA
Ryan joined the firm in February 2005, as an intern while completing his coursework at UCCS. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Accounting and Finance in May 2006, and passed the CPA exam in the summer of 2007. He enjoys teaching clients QuickBooks and prepares business and individual tax returns. He "cleans up" accounting records so they're in good shape for tax preparation work. He is a native of the
Colorado Springs area and has strong ties to the community.

Christopher Glockson - Staff Accountant
Christopher joined the firm in January of 2007. He handles much of the accounting and bookkeeping work for our clients and helps with tax return preparation. Christopher was born and raised in
Norwood,
Colorado and moved to
Colorado Springs to attend UCCS. He graduated in December of 2007 from UCCS with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a minor in Finance. |

 Marty Sarlette - Staff Accountant
Marty was born and raised in Morris, Minnesota, and moved to Colorado Springs in 1987 after four years in Omaha, NE. Marty spent 22 years in US Air Force bands, the last 18 with the USAF Academy Band. He joined the firm in October 2009. Marty graduated from the University of Minnesota-Morris with a major in Music Performance and a minor in Business Economics, and from UCCS with a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. He plans on taking the CPA exam in the near future. |

 Kaila Lawson - Accounting Consultant / Staff Accountant
Kaila was born in California and moved to Colorado Springs when she was a child, making it her new home. Kaila joined the firm in June 2010, initially as an intern while completing her degree at UCCS. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in December 2010 with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance and a minor in Economics. She received a Distinguished Academic Achievement award from UCCS for having the highest GPA in her graduating class. She is currently working as a tax preparer, accountant, and bookkeeper for many our clients and will continue to work towards her CPA.

 Deborah Hildeman - Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Deborah joined the firm in June 2010. She handles office administration and monthly bookkeeping for our clients and helps with tax return preparation. After many years of opening restaurants with her husband, they have made Colorado Springs their home. Deborah graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Office Management. |
