Our Firm
Cloutte & Associates, P.C., is a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We provide income tax preparation and planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts and estates; accounting and planning services for start-up and small businesses; and a range of consulting services including business formation & structuring and QuickBooks set up and training.
We perform all of our work here in our offices in downtown Colorado Springs. We do not outsource any of our work to any other organization, foreign or otherwise, and we guarantee the quality of our work.

- We double-check the integrity of the data in your return by independently summarizing income and deductions. Quality control steps like this help ensure the accuracy of the return.
- We dig deep to make sure that no deductions are overlooked.
- We work hard to make sure that everything reported to the IRS is included on your return. No one likes to get IRS notices indicating that they owe tax and interest.
- For businesses, we go through your accounting data with you in detail. As we mold the records into shape for the tax return, we suggest ideas to streamline the bookkeeping system. We may find cost saving ideas as we do so, or ideas that help protect you in the event of an audit.
- For new businesses we encourage you to “mine” your checkbook and credit card statements for payments made before opening the business bank account.
